We use personal data to review applications, respond to inquiries, send newsletters you opted into, improve the website, and meet legal obligations. Application form data is stored in Google Sheets for our team to review. We do not sell personal data.

We use processors such as newsletter providers, hosting providers, and Google Sheets to deliver services. They process data only on our instructions. Links to third-party sites (for example Substack or Smile.al) are governed by those sites' policies.
